Who we are

King City Gardens is a licensed cannabis cultivator and processor operating in the State of Ohio, with its headquarters at 12171 Omniplex Ct, Cincinnati, OH 45240. This policy covers this website and the marketing communications we send. It does not cover the dispensaries that carry our products — each of those businesses is an independent operator with its own privacy practices.

You must be 21 or older

This website is intended only for adults aged 21 and over. We ask you to confirm your age before entering, and we store that confirmation in your browser so you are not asked again on the same device. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If we learn that we have, we delete it.

Information we collect

We collect what you give us: your email address when you subscribe to the newsletter, and the name, email address, message and any attachments you send through our contact or careers forms.

We also collect limited technical information automatically — the pages you visit, the referring site, and general device and browser details — so we can understand which parts of the site are useful and keep it working.

How we use information

We use your information to answer your enquiries, to consider your job application, to send the brand updates you asked for, and to maintain and improve this website. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Marketing and consent

We send marketing email only to people who asked for it. Subscribing is an opt-in: you enter your email address, and by doing so you consent to receive brand updates from King City Gardens. Every message we send includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. You may also write to us and we will remove you.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses only the storage it needs to function — chiefly the record of your age confirmation. If we add analytics in future, this policy will be updated first and the categories of data collected will be described here.

Sharing and disclosure

We share personal information only with the service providers who help us run the site and our mailing list, and only to the extent they need it to perform that work. We may also disclose information where we are required to by law, by a regulator, or by a valid legal process, including reporting obligations that apply to Ohio cannabis licensees.

Retention and security

We keep personal information for as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for, and for as long as any legal or regulatory obligation requires. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it, while recognising that no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time, ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to contact@kingcitygardens.com and we will respond as promptly as we reasonably can.
